About The Kind Coffee Co.
The Kind Coffee Co. is Doug's roastery on West Fayette Street in Syracuse. It's cash only, no laptops, and small dogs wander around. On a first visit, Doug may spend 20 minutes teaching you about the beans and how to brew them.
He roasts in-house, and the focus is black coffee. Single origins rotate, and the Christmas blend is the seasonal one. He ships beans by mail.
