The Mill Coffee and Tea

The Mill Coffee & Tea has been a small-batch craft coffee roaster, espresso bar and tea house in Lincoln, Nebraska since 1975, when it started at a bike shop. It later moved into an old brick warehouse in the Haymarket district, began roasting in the store, and became Lincoln's first espresso bar and coffeehouse.

The Mill opened a second shop in College View in 2001 and now has four locations. Coffee is shipped the week it's roasted, with subscriptions available, and wholesale is offered.
