The Ministry of Coffee was founded in Ottawa in 2013 as a small neighbourhood cafe and has grown into several cafes in the city.
Its coffees are chosen for balance, complexity and seasonality, from fruit-forward single origins roasted on the lighter side to espresso blends. The Baseline Blend is what its cafes use every day for espresso and filter. The online shop carries beans, subscriptions including a single-origin option, brewing guides and professional coffee courses, and wholesale is available.
