The Perkatory

The Perkatory in Snowflake is easy to drive past. The building can look closed from the road, so keep an eye out. Inside, there's a big couch and a flower wall that makes a nice photo backdrop. There's also a drive-thru window. Indoor seating is limited, and the free wifi draws students.

The matcha is what locals talk about, and the vanilla latte is the everyday order. They bake in-house on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with cinnamon rolls, pink iced cookies and caramel cheesecake. They also make calzones. There's merch by the register.

If you have a long list of drink modifications, keep it simple or give them a little extra time.
