About The Rooster Roasters
The Rooster Roasters is a small, independent coffee roaster in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Guy learned to brew espresso in Hillsborough, North Carolina, and in 2003 he and his wife Cindy opened a tearoom on PEI. A small roasting company they found on a road trip inspired them to start roasting.
They focus on local production and the island community. Their roasts include the dark-roast Dark Harbour.
