The Sensory Lab by ASIP

The Sensory Lab by ASIP is on West Main in Merced, with the roastery behind the café. It's big and modern, with dining tables, sectional couches, cozy nooks and a huge back patio for events and weekend board games. There's wifi, but few outlets near the tables, and it can be cool inside. There's free live music on Sundays and cupping classes with the roastery staff. After 3pm, surplus food is available through Too Good To Go.

The Copenhagen latte is the signature. Try the honey lavender latte, iced New Zealand, Colombian pour-over, dirty chai or cinnamon-spiced hot chocolate. Ask about the off-menu brown sugar shaken espresso.
