The Shed Coffee is a coffee shop and micro-roastery that opened in 2021 at 99 Pownal Street in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.
Founder and owner-operator Hai Nguyen roasts the coffee and earned her Q grader certification to get the flavors right. The Shed roasts specialty beans from around the world to bring out their unique flavors.
