Third Culture Coffee

Third Culture Coffee is across from Downtown Bellevue Park. They roast light-medium in Seattle and serve coffee from cultures around the world, plus single-estate tea and wine. It's roomy, with high ceilings, natural light, window bars, armchairs and a traditional Indian swing. It can get loud when it's busy, so early mornings are quieter. Parking can be tough at peak times.

The Indian filter coffee is the standout. There's Vietnamese coffee, New Orleans-style cold brew, rose matcha lattes and rotating single-origin espresso. For food, try the pistachio rose cake, Budapest coffee cake or grilled cheese. Breakfast includes avocado toast and burritos, and there are lunch sandwiches too.
