Thirds Roasting Collective is a small-batch coffee roaster in Hamilton, Ontario, founded by sisters Olivia and Alex. Alex's background includes roasting coffee and hospitality work, and Olivia's is in brand and strategy.

Thirds was built around the idea of a space where coffee is created as well as consumed. Alongside its own fresh, small-batch roasted beans, it offers roaster rental so cafes, restaurants and coffee lovers can roast their own.
