Thousand Hills Coffee Canada is a family-owned roaster in Winnipeg run by Sim and Julia. Sim grew up in Rwanda, the "Land of a Thousand Hills," where his family farmed coffee. The company sources beans directly from the farm in Rwanda.
Its best-selling coffee, Sholi, is 100% certified organic and roasted in Winnipeg. It comes from a farm where a women's cooperative sorts the beans. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online.
