Three Fins Coffee Roasters is a women- and veteran-owned roaster and bean-to-bar chocolate maker in West Dennis on Cape Cod. It's big and industrial, with couches, high-tops, big windows, the roaster in view, free wifi, outlets, a little free library and board games. You can see an osprey nest from the outdoor seats.

The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a favorite. Lattes and pour-overs are popular. Pastries are house-made, like beignets, a leek and parmesan pastry and feta spinach turnovers, with gluten-free options. There's single origin, espresso, dark, decaf and half-caf, shipped with subscriptions.
