Thump Coffee roasts beans and bakes in-house, with cafés in Bend and Denver. The York location is set back in a complex right off the bike path. It's modern and rustic, with a back patio, a fire pit and views of Mt. Bachelor. Weekends are busy, outlets are limited and you bus your own table.
