Touchy Coffee

Touchy Coffee is a small, simple shop on River Street in Troy with stools and a bar. It's not set up for laptops. They've run pop-ups in North Adams, MA.

The "fancy cup" is the AeroPress brew to order. The iced vanilla latte uses house-made syrup, and the Ethiopian espresso is clean. The There There breakfast sandwich (made with the market next door) is the food order, especially with sausage. There's a deluxe on an English muffin and a blackberry scone. Single origins are sold online, with Coffee Time! subscriptions.
