About Tradition Coffee Roasters
Tradition Coffee Roasters is a family-owned roastery in an industrial park near Kailua, run by Lindsey and Brian. It has roll-up doors, orange stools, a La Marzocco and the roasting area in view. Upstairs is a gallery of local art. Food trucks like VOYAGE stop by.
The 100% Kona peaberry is the house specialty. The Humuhumunukunukuapua'a blend from Costa Rica is a favorite. They offer roastery tours and cupping sessions. Most of their coffee ships to the mainland, and there's a monthly Coffee Club.
