Treasure Valley Coffee is in a historic Boise building that's part espresso house, part retail roaster, with a separate lounge where people actually chat with strangers. There are lots of seating areas, big windows, comfortable chairs, wifi and a filtered water dispenser outside. They supply other businesses too.

The bean wall is huge, and you'll smell it as soon as you walk in. The nitro cold brew has big fans, and the Dark Chocolate Moochino is only served here at the roastery. Coconut milk lattes with single-origin espresso are worth a try. There are smoothies and banana bread, and a happy hour keeps the lounge busy into the late afternoon.

The lounge is a comfortable place to work for a few hours.
