Trident Coffee is a veteran-owned shop on San Diego Bay in Imperial Beach, with water views. Their site calls their cold brew "America's Finest" and says the roasts are organic.

Nitro cold brew is what they're known for, and the Calm Under Pressure blend is the one to order. The Mexican Mocha and matcha latte are favorites too. Protein donuts and gluten-free pastries are made in-house. One unusual roast is a Tanzania Peaberry aged in rum casks.

It's a natural stop on the Bayshore Bikeway, and staff are happy to refill water bottles. Remote workers like the wifi and the charging spots. You can buy bags of beans, and they offer a subscription.
