What the operation built before this shift is the part worth keeping. The blends had character and a maritime naming scheme: Voima, Bowline and La Nautica as the standing lineup, with a seasonal Christmas Tree Ship that customers waited on. Espresso-focused beans were the lane, and free shipping over $30 made the order math friendly. Local donut shops carried the coffee as a wholesale partner.
If the beans are still available through online channels or through a shop that stocked them, that is the way to drink them now. The Voima and the Bowline are the place to start. The Christmas Tree Ship was the seasonal worth grabbing if it ever resurfaces. Confirm any in-person plan with the operator before driving out.
