Twenty Below Coffee Co. Fargo

Twenty Below Coffee Co. is a roastery café in downtown Fargo. It's industrial but cozy, with lots of natural light, couches and work tables.

They roast in-house and brew lots of ways: pour-over, French press, V60 and siphon. The baristas are happy to talk roasts and methods. The nitro cold brew comes in generous pours, and the espresso drinks are well balanced. Beans are sold by the half-pound.

The pastries are house-made, and the croissants are a favorite. Try the Hot Toddy toast, with nut butter and jalapeño raspberry jam. There are good gluten-free options too.
