Umble Coffee Co - HQ

Umble Coffee's HQ is a "shouse" on Industrial Park Road, a few roads off the main strip in Starkville. Owner Kenneth roasts in-house, hosts local performers on a small stage, runs a community Christmas Market and does a coffee podcast. There are about nine tables inside, a walking trail on the property and a dog-friendly outdoor area.

Base Camp is the blend regulars come back for. If you want to taste the beans, try the Brewer's Cup pour-over. The gingersnap latte and shaken espresso are seasonal favorites. The bagels are New York-style, and the blueberry crumble bagel with an iced blueberry coffee is a combo people order again and again. There are smoothies too.

During the week it's Mississippi State students and business meetings, and on weekends it's families and dog owners. It can run cool inside, so bring a layer.
