Up Coffee

Up Coffee is a roaster café in an industrial area off Stinson Boulevard in Minneapolis. It's bright, with plants, plenty of tables, outlets and a patio with a wood fire pit. Wifi blocks some sites. Private roastery tours are available.

They roast organic, direct-trade coffee. Espresso is weighed, and drip is refreshed every 90 minutes. Try the Mariachi with chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne, or the horchata latte. Bags come in 16 oz and 5 lb, with roast dates. They ship.
