Valkyrie Coffee Roasters is in downtown Chester, owned by Dakota. It's Scandinavian-inspired, with tables, a couch and wifi. The roaster sits in the corner. It closes at 4:30pm.

Try the Triple Affogato with Japanese iced coffee and Kahlúa ice cream, the Campfire Mocha with torched marshmallow or the Bleeding Sweden latte. There's an Ube-ccino too. Oat milk is house-made. Pastries are local, like scones and homemade pop tarts. Single origins rotate.
