Velo Coffee Roasters

Velo Coffee Roasters is a roaster and espresso bar in a renovated, recently expanded Chattanooga building. It's bright, with a garden courtyard and reliable wifi.

They roast in-house. The cortados, nitro cold brew and pour-overs are favorites. Single origins rotate, and bags show roast dates. Buying a bag gets you a free drip, and there's a punch card. They ship, with subscriptions.
