Vinaccio Coffee has roasted ethically sourced coffee for the Sky Valley area for over 15 years. The shop in Monroe sits near Walmart, the Providence hospital, a movie theater and the BECU branch. There's a drive-thru and a roomy lobby with tables, armchairs and stools. It's quiet enough for calls, though the wifi can be spotty, so a hotspot helps. The staff remember orders.
The white chocolate mocha is the drink to try. Pastries and donuts rotate. Hot sandwiches are made to order: roast beef, turkey or ham. Beans roasted on-site are sold by the bag.
