Wasatch Roasting Company

Wasatch Roasting Company is in downtown Ogden, with an antique roaster on display and local art on the walls. It's calm, with mostly two-person tables and outdoor seats in warm months. It fills up fast.

They roast light, in-house, and the coffee is clean and sweet. The baristas weigh every dose. Try a pour-over, an espresso drink, the habanero latte or nitro cold brew. There are house-made scones and muffins, and beans are sold by the bag.
