White Box Roastery Co. is in the East Cotton Mill complex in McKinney. Out back there's a garden with a waterfall that's popular for photos. Inside there's mid-century decor and a kids' play area with books and a pretend kitchen. Parking is limited, so park across the tracks. Prices aren't posted.

The cold brew has chocolate and cherry notes. Monthly specials rotate, like a tiramisu latte or peaches and matcha. Try a salted caramel coconut latte or ceremonial matcha. Croissants include strawberry cheesecake and Guinness ganache. They offer subscriptions.
