White Dove Coffee

White Dove Coffee is in a strip mall in Flagstaff, but inside it feels like a friend's living room. There's mismatched comfy furniture, cozy nooks, a fireplace, communal tables and armchairs. The music and lighting are easy, and there's reliable wifi and lots of outlets. Next door, there's a coworking space called The Nest.

They roast in-house. The White Dove Special is the regulars' drink, and the cold brew is bold and smooth. Breakfast burritos and crêpes are favorites, and the case has house-made scones, croissants and muffins. There are vegan and gluten-free options.

You can buy beans by the pound, and the staff will help you find one you like.
