William's Coffee Co. is in North Phoenix, and William is usually there and remembers regulars. It's minimal mid-century modern, with wooden tables and seating inside and out. There's reliable wifi but just one public outlet, near the front.

They roast in-house, with single origins from Kenya, Costa Rica, Brazil and more. The lattes are a highlight, and William loves explaining beans and extraction. Pastries are made in-house daily, and the almond croissant is the favorite. When breakfast and lunch are on, they use pasture-raised eggs. Seasonal lattes have included white chocolate saffron and vanilla mint. You can buy beans in the shop.
