Wilson Coffee Roasting Company

Wilson Coffee Roasting Company is a mom-and-pop roastery in a business park on Placentia Avenue in Costa Mesa, Suite L. It can take a minute to find, and parking is limited. It's a shop counter with one tiny seating nook, and Jim is happy to talk beans and tea.

Everything is organic and roasted in-house. The Brazil light roast works for pour-over, and the Honduras and Mexico mediums are espresso picks. The Guatemala medium is good in lattes. Ethiopia comes in 2-pound bags. There's cold brew and tea too.
