Window Seat Coffee

Window Seat Coffee on Greenville Ave was started in 2020 by Kristen and her husband, who roast specialty-grade coffee in Dallas. The theme is aviation. It's small and cute, with plenty of seating, including a big group table, plus café tables outside, reliable wifi and outlets. Dogs are welcome. Parking out front is limited, but there's more behind the building. Hours are limited, so check before you go.

The roasts have travel names like Weekender, Ski Trip and Red Eye. Pour-over and drip are both good, and there's cold brew. Syrups are handmade. Breakfast tacos come from Tacodeli, and the strawberry pop-tart is a regular's favorite.
