Woken Bear Coffee Company

Woken Bear Coffee Company is on Superior Street in Antigo, and they roast on-site. You can smell it in the lot. Most people use the drive-thru, since inside there are just two small tables, plus outdoor seating in good weather. It's owner-run, with house merch and dog treats at the counter.

The raspberry cold brew with vanilla sweet cream is the summer favorite, and the honey lavender latte works year-round. There's also an iced white chocolate mocha, a mocha frappe and frozen hot chocolate for kids. Pastries include a cheese danish, blueberry lemon scones and a mountain berry muffin.

It's a handy stop for Ice Age Trail hikers and anyone passing through with a dog.
