Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company

Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company is an artisan roaster that has served Reno and Sparks, Nevada since 2001. It roasts coffee over real wood fires, using selected oak and other hardwoods, and its roasters work the fire and listen to the beans rather than push a button.

Each batch varies subtly with flame, airflow and timing. Coffee and subscriptions are available, and wholesale is offered.
