The shop sits in Town Center with big windows, a luminescent feel, and a plush pastry case that pulls people in off the sidewalk. The brown sugar latte and oat milk lattes still earn their orders. The almond croissant and the croissant sandwiches deliver. But several recent visitors say the drinks have slipped from where they were a year or two ago, with burnt espresso and watery cappuccinos turning up more often than they should.

Skip the avocado toast. Multiple recent gripes line up on that, and the trade isn't worth the gamble.

The pastry case is the safer bet than the espresso bar right now. Order a brown sugar latte, grab an almond croissant, and use the place for what it's good at: a fast, photogenic Town Center stop with easy parking behind the building. Indoor and outdoor seating front the plaza, and the natural light makes a quick coffee feel like more. The room itself remains a draw even when individual drinks underperform.

The interior leans modern and stylish in a way that suits the Town Center crowd. Plush pastry case at the counter, large windows, indoor and outdoor seating fronting the plaza. People who post up for fifteen minutes get exactly what they came for. People who arrive expecting the espresso program of two years ago tend to leave disappointed, which is the harder thing to fix.

It does not work as a laptop spot. The WiFi is temperamental, and at least one customer was kicked off mid-meeting. If you need to grind through emails for two hours, go somewhere else. If you want fifteen minutes with a brown sugar latte and a pastry while you watch Town Center move, this still works. The room earns its keep even when the cup occasionally doesn't, and the people running it could probably get the espresso back to where it used to be if they wanted to.
