Wydaho Roasters Coffee House

Wydaho Roasters is a big, relaxed coffee house in Driggs, near the Tetons. It has high ceilings, big windows and lots of seating, from armchairs to work tables. There are framed photos of musicians drinking coffee and local art on the walls. Wifi and outlets are plentiful, but outdoor seating is limited.

Jim does the roasting on-site. The drip coffee leans medium to dark, and there are rotating single origins for pour-over. Their site says the beans are ethically sourced.

Everything in the bakery is made from scratch, fresh daily. The ham and gruyère croissant and the cardamom buns are the favorites. They've also added housemade ice cream in fresh waffle cones that come out still warm. You can buy house blends and single origins to take home, and the staff will help you pick one for your brewer.
