Youngblood Coffee Roasters

Youngblood Coffee Roasters is in downtown Fargo. It's modern and minimal, with long communal tables and more room since a recent renovation. There's outdoor seating in warmer months. Music plays through a McIntosh and JBL sound system.

They roast in-house. Jet-Setter is the espresso blend, and it leans fruity. There's also a rotating lineup of single origins, which they brew as pour-overs on Chemex. The menu sticks to classics like espresso, cappuccinos and cortados, and the oat milk nitro latte is the one people single out.

For food, the house-made sourdough and the avocado toast with cilantro and lime are the favorites. You can buy bags of the espresso blend and single origins, usually fresh off the roaster. The owners are around and hands-on.
