ZAB Café

ZAB Café is a Montreal specialty roaster founded by Edwin, who got the idea of becoming a roaster in 2013 after years in the restaurant and coffee industry. He wanted more specialty coffee roasted in Quebec, and named the company after his mother, Elizabeth.

One of Zab's first partners was the Paquebot cafe on Bélanger Street, which has since grown to several locations, including Old Montreal and Gaspé. Zab roasts to order and sells online across Canada, with subscriptions and workshops. It also supplies and supports cafes, offices and restaurants with coffee and equipment.
