Zero Tolerance Coffee and Siyo Chocolate!

Coffee on one side, scratch-made chocolate on the other, with the same family running both. Zero Tolerance roasts in-house and Siyo turns out chocolate and gelato on premises, and the combination is the reason this Oklahoma City spot earns repeat visits. Most shops that try to run two craft programs at once dilute both. This one does not.

The room is quiet, contemporary furniture against antique pieces, with a standout espresso machine sitting as the centerpiece. Indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a backyard area where live music plays on calendar nights. There is a wine selection at the back, which extends the visit past a coffee stop if you want it to and turns the place into a different kind of room after dark.

Drinks first. Vanilla latte and Americano for the standards. Mocha latte that uses the in-house chocolate, which is the order you should be making to take advantage of the dual operation. Cold brew sweetened with real maple syrup, which is the kind of detail you only get when the kitchen does its own cooking. The affogato is the other order that uses both sides of the operation properly, espresso poured over the in-house gelato. Raspberry Vanilla muffin from the pastry case. Chai gelato when you want to skip the coffee. Ukrainian Easter bread when the season comes around, which is one of those traditional items most shops would not bother with.

Quiet enough for remote work, with one honest flag. The wifi can be slow, so do not plan a video call. Reading and writing work. Streaming and meetings do not. The vegan-friendly menu is real, not an afterthought, and runs across both the drink and pastry sides.

Parking is hit-or-miss, so allow a few extra minutes when the lot fills. Order a coffee, order a chocolate, pair them yourself, stay for the music if the night lines up. That is the visit at its best.
